Position: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Estes Handyman LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!

- Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Days Off: Monday & Tuesday 
- Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

- General maintenance and repairs
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Assisting with property upkeep and inspections
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents and guests

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
